Hi! My name is Polya Bulba (she/her)

I’m an author-illustrator born in Russia, based in Belgrade, Serbia.

I make pictures for children: picture books, board books, anything that gives kids a reason to look twice. I’ve illustrated three books in the Tosya-Bosya series for Clever Publishing and Where’s Winnie? for Bunny Tales Publishing. My debut author-illustrated book is currently represented by Genya Agency and heading to Bologna Book Fair 2026.

I believe children’s books are a space to play with imagination, explore emotions, and share something real with young readers.

When I’m not drawing, I’m walking, crocheting, or watching RuPaul’s Drag Race.
